Requirements



1. 1 Seminar room of at least 60 m2 and 2 group work rooms (not hotel rooms that are refurnished) with natural light and the possibility of holding breaks outside the seminar room (all rooms must have a separate entrance and the light must be able to be turned on separately).
2. Uniform, suitable seminar tables and suitable seating (upholstered seat surface and back).
3. Adequate and suitable working light (no banquet lighting).
4. Telephones in all rooms, faultless electrical connections, extension bars or cables.
5. A modem connection must be available in all seminar rooms and group rooms.
6. Proper ventilation and sound-proofing from neighbouring rooms.
7. Rooms can be darkened.
8. Detailed seminar documents with sketch maps of the rooms.
9. Seminar-associated catering (light meals, option of vegetarian meals).
10. Secretarial service (with price list of services).
The following hotel-owned additional equipment must be available in the enterprise:
11. One screen (150x150 cm) for each room.
12. Two 400w overhead projectors or 1 overhead projector and 1 beamer.
13. Flip charts/pin boards (one flip chart and one pin board per room).
14. Slide projector and/or LCD data/video projector.
15. VHS video unit incl. colour monitor.
16. Fax machine.
17. Photocopying machine.
18. Lectern, table-top or free-standing model.
19. Business corner with PC, printer and internet access at the disposal of the seminar guests.
